一、The operating principle of the equipment and the main spraying process                                                  

1.    This equipment adopts the principle of simulated manual spraying, which can complete the spraying processing of all sides of the wooden door at one time, and adopts embedded industrial computer and color LCD display, which can be used for primer, topcoat and other processes.

二、Advantages of machine spraying      

1.   Using four-wire resistive touch screen, simple and easy to understand, only need to enter the length and width of the wooden door, automatic switching to complete the program editing, no special skill requirements for the operator (if it is a special-shaped product, you must enter the appearance of the special-shaped product size parameter programming, stored in the computer, you can produce).

2、The equipment adopts rotary automatic feeding mode processing, which can be processed and operated for 24 hours at full load, with fast production speed and an output of 160-240 doors 8/hour.

3、The motor and guide rail imported from Japan are adopted, with high running accuracy, which can ensure the uniform speed of the gun and the uniform spraying, and it is not easy to have mechanical failures.                        

4、Do not spray too much, leak spray products, save paint, not easy to sagging, not enough oil, orange peel and other phenomena

5、Assemble 2 sets of oil pipes to complete the face oil spraying at one time.                                        

6、For special special-shaped plates, it can also be sprayed reasonably according to requirements, and the angle of the spray gun can be flexibly adjusted according to the spraying requirements.                                                   

三、System composition

1、This equipment is composed of one set of computer main control system, five sets of servo motors, one set of rotary automatic feeding system, two sets of oil and gas pipeline systems, and two spray guns.

2、Each spray gun and oil and gas circuit can be independently controlled by the computer, so as to realize flexible angle conversion and reasonably arrange the number of gun handles to be switched on and off.
